On 21 January 2025, the Bioenergy family gathered at the stunning Blue Mansion, Penang for a very special event, our 18th Annual Dinner, themed The Banquet of the King and Queen. It was full of smiles, gratitude and inspiration as we celebrated 18 years of Bioenergy’s hard work, innovation and growth in the semiconductor and M&E industry.
We were honoured to welcome Dato’ Seri SH Wong, President of the Malaysia Semiconductor Industry Association (MSIA), along with other distinguished guests. Both Dato’ Seri SH Wong and our Founder and Managing Director, Mr. Paul delivered heartfelt speeches that inspired everyone.
Dato’ Seri SH Wong congratulated Bioenergy on our contributions to the semiconductor and M&E industry and encouraged us to continue driving innovation and excellence. Mr. Paul Phuah sharing his dream of seeing Bioenergy become one of the leading companies in Southeast Asia while building a workplace where people feel proud, valued, and inspired everyday, reminding us that true success is not only about profit or growth but about creating value always, caring for our employees, helping them grow, and making sure our clients feel the same trust and dedication and leaving us with the powerful message that Bioenergy is not just a business but a family and a legacy we are building together.
The highlight of the evening was the award ceremony to recognize our outstanding team members in the categories of Best Employee, Best Attendance, and Best Dress Code. These awards celebrate the dedication, creativity, and positive spirit that keep Bioenergy moving forward in the fast changing world of technology and engineering.
As the night came to a close, we reflected on how far Bioenergy has come and looked ahead with excitement. With the passion, innovation, and teamwork of our Bioenergy family, we believe the best is yet to come.
