All payments are processed through authorized third-party providers. Bioenergy is not responsible for gateway delays, downtime, or processing errors.

Once payment is made, it is considered final unless governed otherwise by applicable Malaysian consumer protection laws. For disputes, contact Bioenergy within 7 working days from the transaction date.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Bioenergy is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your account.
